From the center, take Tram 3 until you see a gas station on the right side (after maybe 13 minutes).
ask there or flag down cars on the big streets.

just walk by feet direction east on the main road, beginning at the big library you'll be at the tunnel in 5 minutes; there will be no other possibility

take tram no. 3 to the overpass (about 10 min from city center), the stop is right below the overpass of the highway.
Go right across the road and walk along the smaller street parellel to the highway left of it, keep going until it merges with the highway and follow it across a river then just position yourself in front of the big supermarket - cars can see you from afar and can pull over easily.
